Yes, the session happens at your home. Some parts of the island are a long drive from the capital, so give your address when booking; the photographer and the time are then confirmed with that journey in mind, and nothing is added on the way.
What if the baby refuses to settle?
Then you feed, rock and change, and the camera waits or records that too. The 30 min is timed around the baby rather than the clock, and some of the most treasured frames show a parent soothing a crying newborn. Nobody is hurried.
Can our older child be photographed too?
Yes, ideally at the start, while interest is high. A few frames of a sibling holding or gazing at the baby are usually plenty. After that, they can play nearby while attention turns to the newborn and the parents.
