Why choose Corporate headshots in Braga?
Corporate headshots in Braga are rarely a one-person job. The usual brief is a team: a firm relaunching its website, a clinic adding new partners to its page, a department that has doubled since anyone last stood in front of a camera. What matters there is that the set reads as a set, with one crop, one light and one background, so the person hired in spring sits naturally next to the director photographed last year. The photographer brings a portable set-up to your premises and works through the list one colleague at a time; a single executive who would rather not host it at the office can be photographed in a studio, with that address sent at booking.
Where we photograph in Braga
Your office is nearly always the right answer. All the photographer needs is a meeting room, or a quiet corner with a few metres of depth, where a background can stand and people can come and go without crossing the rest of the floor. Ceiling height and window direction matter less than people expect, because the look comes from the lights that travel with the photographer rather than from the building. Companies in older granite premises in the centre sometimes ask for a frame or two by a window or a stone wall as well; that can be added for a few people at the end, without breaking the uniform set. Outdoor portraits in the streets are a different, more personal product, and better booked as one.
The best time in Braga
A weekday morning works best for teams: people arrive fresh, the meeting room is easier to block and the session is finished before the day gets busy. Indoors, the Minho winter is irrelevant, which makes headshots one of the few shoots in Braga that can be scheduled for January with confidence. The real timing constraint is your own deadline, whether a website launch, an annual report or a trade fair, so book far enough ahead that the 48h turnaround does not become the critical path. When new joiners arrive later in the year, the same lights and crop can be rebuilt for them.
What does the package include?
The package in Braga covers: 15–20 retouched photographs; At your office or in studio; Consistent framing and background across a team; Private gallery within 48 hours. Nothing is added to the price after the session.
FAQ — Corporate headshots in Braga
How many of our people can be photographed in one visit?
It depends on how many looks each person needs, but colleagues are scheduled in short consecutive slots with nothing moved between them. Send the head count, any deadline and the office address when booking, and you will receive a written quote and a running order before the day, so each person knows when to step away from their desk.
Someone joins in six months. Will their portrait match?
Yes. The background colour, the distance, the height of the lights and the crop are noted on the day so a later visit can reproduce them closely. Teams that grow steadily often book a small session two or three times a year for new joiners, which keeps the page coherent without a full reshoot.
Some of our team really dislike being photographed. Any advice?
Put them in a slot when the room is quiet rather than in a queue with colleagues watching, and let them see the frames on screen as they go; most people relax once they have seen a good one. The photographer directs posture and expression, so nobody has to invent a pose. A plain top in a mid-tone helps more than any amount of preparation.
